Analogue summer Snap #1

There is something about analogue photos.

It’s fleeting, but at the very same time quite obvious.

It’s in the details, it’s everything.

The feeling.

Analogue just hits different. And to be honest, I feel it’s not just about the result. Technically you could perfectly mimic an anlogue photo with digital technology. But to me it’s more important that the process is slow.

Millennials supposedly call it “resistance-maxxing”, that is doing something that is actually harder than it has to be. On purpose searching for activities that by nature are not routine.

Also, you get a kick at least twice from an analogue photo. 1st is when you snap the picture and have that feeling “That’s nice!” (you know it even if you can¨t see it) and 2nd is when the pic comes back from the lab and you’re like “Dang, that’s nice!”

Picture from a very nice dip during a drive across Sweden, Lake Vättern, Nikon L35AW, Kodak Gold 200. 🌞
